By registering, accessing, or using Chivs Tiffin, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and any updates we may make from time to time. You also agree to our Privacy Policy.

Eligibility

To use the Service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent.
• Provide accurate and complete information during registration.

Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

Use of the Service

You agree to use the Service solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws. You shall not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.

Subscriptions and Payments

You may subscribe to our meal plans and add-on services through the app. Payments must be made using the available methods on our platform. All fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in our Cancellation and Refund Policy.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

A. Cancellation Policy

• Subscription Plans: Subscriptions can be canceled through the app at any time before the renewal date. If a subscription is canceled after the renewal, it will remain active until the end of the billing cycle.
• One-Time Orders: Cancellations for one-time thali orders must be made at least 4 hours prior to the delivery time.

B. Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refunds:

• Refunds are applicable for errors on our part, such as delivering incorrect or incomplete orders.
• Canceled subscriptions are not eligible for refunds once the billing cycle begins.

Process:

• Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of the issue through the app or by contacting our support team.
• Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

Delivery Policy

Delivery times are approximate and depend on factors beyond our control, such as weather and traffic conditions. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses or unavailability of recipients.

Limitation of Liability

Chivs Tiffin is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service causing the claim.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
