About The Team

We are the Product and Design team at Chivs Tiffin, dedicated to providing a seamless and enjoyable experience for our users. & Activation team of We focus on designing user-friendly interfaces that enhance the way our customers interact with our platform. Our team works closely with Product, Development, and Marketing teams to ensure our designs align with user needs and business goals. We aim to create a visually appealing and easy-to-navigate application that simplifies the process of ordering delicious homemade food.

About The Role

As a UI Designer, you will be responsible for designing and enhancing the visual layout and user experience of the Chivs Tiffin application. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop a cohesive design strategy that supports our mission of making homemade food accessible and appealing. Your role will involve creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs, as well as ensuring the consistency and usability of our digital products across all platforms.

What You Will Do

• Design intuitive and engaging user interfaces for the Chivs Tiffin application.
• Collaborate with Product, Development, and Marketing teams to understand user needs and business goals.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design concepts.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
• Develop and maintain design guidelines and ensure consistency across all digital platforms.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design. – Creative, Product, Analytics, and Tech
• Work closely with developers to ensure the technical feasibility of designs and provide guidance during implementation.
• Contribute to a user-centered design culture by advocating for user needs and promoting design thinking within the organization.

Skills That Will Help You Succeed in This Role

• A bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is preferred.
• 2-4 years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably with a high-growth startup.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.e
• Strong portfolio showcasing experience in designing for web and mobile applications.
• Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices.
• Experience with user research, A/B testing, and usability testing. Strong visual design skills with an eye for detail, typography, and color.
